You have access to the most beautiful beaches of Santa Monica, Venice Beach, Marina Del Rey and Malibu when you live with us at Avana on Wilshire. Be sure to check out all there is to do at the Santa Monica Boardwalk, then head north to Malibu to dine at some the nost coolest, trendy restaurants along Pacific Coast Highway 1 – who knows, you might even catch a celebrity. Beaches are generally 40-45 minutes from your new apartment home.

The Metro is where it's at. You can easily get from mid-Wilshire to Santa Monica on the Expo. There is so much to explore: fine dining, entertainment, beaches and more. Learn about Animation, Audio, Entertainment Business, Film, Production, Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, movie make up, costume design and more. You can even study to be an Attorney at Southwestern Law School, which is located right on Wilshire Boulevard.

Los Angeles is home to the finest museums around. You can really see it all. Visit the La Brea Tarpits and Museum, The Getty Center, The Natural History Museum, Academy Museum of Motion Pictures, Petersen Automotive Museum, and Los Angeles County Museum of Art, which is just a quick 5-10 miles from the community.
